I’ve been a little quiet on the photo front lately, but I do have some travel photos to share as two days ago I got back from a seven day trip with my boyfriend to Copenhagen and Malmo.
Anyone who knows me knows that I don’t like flying, which is why we chose somewhere a bit closer to home with a short flight time. We’ve both wanted to go to Copenhagen for a while and after a bit of research my boyfriend decided to tag on a few days to Malmo in Sweden, as it’s only a 20 minute train ride from Copenhagen across the Oresund Bridge. We spent five days in Copenhagen and stayed in a lovely little flat through Airbnb and then two days in Malmo at the Moment Hotel, which is literally across the road from Malmo’s central station.
On our first night in the Copenhagen we headed to Tivoli Gardens theme park which was all lit up in the dark. I’d read that during summer they have concerts and music on Saturdays, so we didn’t want to miss it! It’s such a beautiful place to explore - apparently Disneyland was actually based on Tivoli!
Copenhagen as you would expect has such a variety of architecture to see and if you’re looking for those colourful buildings head to Nyhavn, which is where Hans Christian Anderson stayed. I definitely recommend taking a boat trip from here too!
