Girl Therapy - The Sermon

Back in December I was asked to shoot for Birmingham-based, community Girl Therapy. Created by the super confident and lovely China Drewitt, Girl Therapy offers a daily messaging service, delivering inspiration and motivation to your inbox, and has recently launched a new podcast and dance classes. For the shoot, I was invited down to the very first dance class to capture The Sermon in action.

It was really inspiring to see not only China delivering an energetic and motivation class, but also the effect it had on the girls taking part. If you’re local to Birmingham, I’d recommend signing yourself up!
